Grad : 12th Year Campaign
The Washington Student Achievement Council administers the 12th Year Campaign to provide high school seniors with support for two important processes: applying to colleges and applying for financial aid.
The 12th Year Campaign aims to boost college and financial aid application rates in Washington, and will play an integral role in meeting the state’s goal of at least 70 percent of Washington adults ages 25-44 earning a postsecondary credential by 2023. The 12th Year Campaign is a combination of two national programs (College Goal Washington and the College Application Campaign).
Increasing application rates
WSAC also administers the FAFSA Completion Initiative, aimed at providing school districts and high schools student-specific FAFSA completion data in support of the national effort to increase FAFSA submission rates and thus students pursuing postsecondary education. The Washington Student Achievement Council’s FAFSA Completion Portal is the tool that provides districts with this information. You can find resources to support your financial aid completion work in our financial aid application toolkit.
Accessing the latest data
WSAC also compiles and reports aggregate district FAFSA completion data. View your district's aggregate FAFSA completion data on the Student Achievement Council's FAFSA Completion Portal. You must request access to your school's student-level data using the link provided on the FAFSA Completion Portal page. Training is available via recorded webinar.
